We buy all our eggs (5 different types) direct from three different farms. Not from the markets!

2. We get to know you first! Not all eggs are created equal & not all eggs suit all kitchens. That is why we have so many different types to choose from.

3. We work with your averages and practice a JIT (just in time) Supply Chain. This, whilst a lot of work, guarantees freshness plus we always transport and store refrigerated.

Whilst we specialise in eggs we also sell into select accounts; other egg products, small goods & specialty dairy lines. Once we win your egg business we would be happy to discuss our other lines in more detail with you in.
